The Tiny Hexer editor app refused to edit termsvr. I intuitively copied it out to another, non-system folder and the edit went fine. I then copied the edited file back into the system32 folder and all was well.
Please keep up the great work and add updates as regards the edits required to termsvr. I also tried enabling Routing and Remote Access in services. I had run update. In my case, the whole string I had to find was actually:. A couple other tips: —Make sure you are searching for a hex value, not text-string, integer, etc.
